Terms and Conditions & Travel Conditions (Bus trips without overnight stays)
TripN1 Travel organizes Bus trips without accommodation (day trips and trips lasting several days without overnight stays, e.g., weekend trips).
It is not for package tours in accordance with §651a BGB (German Civil Code)as no combination of transportation and accommodation is offered.
• Payment in advance required
• No travel insurance included
• No liability for personal belongings
• Cancellation in accordance with cancellation policy
• Delays do not entitle passengers to compensation.
• Ticket transferable by arrangement
• Transportation by licensed bus company
• German law applies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
According to §312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for leisure services with a fixed date (e.g., bus trips).
Cancellations are only possible in accordance with our cancellation policy.
REFUND / CANCELLATION
• Up to 7 days before departure → no refund
• 8–14 days → 20% refund
• 15–21 days → 40% refund
• 22–28 days → 60% refund
• Cancellation by organizer → 100% refund

Card details are not stored. Processing is carried out via secure payment providers.
